Z 88015 Class 01 Express Steam Locomotive
Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 01 express steam locomotive with a type 2 ´2´T34 coal tender. Large Wagner smoke deflectors, silver boiler bands, and buffer-head warning stripes. The locomotive looks as it did around 1950.
Model: This is a version of the class 01 with Wagner smoke deflectors. The loco has a bell armature motor, finely detailed rods, imitation brakes, and rail clearance devices. The loco is prototypically equipped with an inductive magnet and buffer plate warning stripes. LED headlights are fitted on the front. The tender has spoked wheels. Length over the buffers 112 mm / 4-3/8".
