H0 36968 Class 650 Regio Shuttle RS1 Diesel-Powered Rail Car
Prototype: Type Regio Shuttle RS1 diesel-powered rail car operated by agilis Eisenbahngesellschaft as the class 650. Version with screw coupler, buffers, and train destination signs mounted below. Gray basic paint scheme. Road number 650 701-5. The rail car looks as it did starting in 2024.
Model: The model has an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. A controlled high-performance motor with a flywheel is fitted; two axles are powered. Traction tires are fitted. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The rail car has the “double A” light function. The model has factory-installed interior lighting. Maintenance-free, warm-white, and red LEDs are used for the lighting. The model has many separately applied details. Both ends feature separately applied brake hoses, screw couplers, and control lines. The buffer height conforms to NEM specifications. Opened covers, shorter control lines, and a coupling rod are included for double-heading operation. The minimum radius for operation is 360 mm 14-3/16", if the clearance gauge is ignored. Length over the buffers 29.3 cm / 11-1/2".

Additional variations of the Regio Shuttle with different versions of the ends can be found in the Märklin H0 range. A DC version of this diesel-powered rail car is available in the Trix H0 range as item 25968.
